TUESDAY

On Tuesdays we meet at Bushfield Leisure Centre at 6:15pm for a pre-run briefing, with runs setting off at 6:30pm. There will be different run options including an easy 5k, 4-6 mile runs and often an interval session led by one of our coaches.

WEDNESDAY

On the first and third Wednesday of each month, we head to Peterborough Athletics Track for a session hosted by the Greater Peterborough Athletics Network. It’s a great way to come together with other local clubs to train.

THURSDAY

On Thursdays we’re back at Bushfield Leisure Centre at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm run. Again there’s the option of distances from 5k up to longer runs of 8 miles some weeks, and sometimes a coached interval or hill session.

SATURDAY

Saturday is parkrun day and our local course is at Ferry Meadows. You’ll always find members of the club running and volunteering. Most weeks there is also a group that meets beforehand to run a few miles too.

COUCH TO 5K COURSE – START RUNNING WITH US

We regularly run a free Couch to 5K programmes to help beginners build up to running 5K in a friendly, no-pressure environment. Many of our graduates go on to join the club and keep running with us.
